Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you expect to arrive more than 5 minutes late, please message me to let me know. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notifying me, your appointment may be canceled.
CARD ON FILE POLICY
A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. No deposit is required. Your card may be charged applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with the policies listed above.
